No. Professional includes 250 minutes per agent, once off. They do not renew each month. After they are used, calls are paid from your prepaid wallet. The subscription fee is billed monthly or annually, depending on the option you choose.
Additional minutes average around $0.05/min and are deducted automatically from your prepaid wallet balance. You only pay for the calls you make.
Concurrency is how many calls your AI can handle at the same time. For example, 5 slots means your AI can be on 5 calls simultaneously.
